Sawtooth Oak (Quercus Acutissima)

Sawtooth Oak is a medium-sized tree that originated from Asia but is now found in many states and is offered as an option by some state forestry offices.  It is a strong, fast grower and can dominate a stand if not regulated.  It grows up to 75 feet tall and is broad pyramidal becoming oval. It can produce acorns as young as 7 years of age.
